I recently purchased this Blinc Brow & Liner Duo Brush. It is just as described and I have found it to be excellent. I am using it to brush up and tidy my eyebrows, and to apply eye brow shadow/powder and also soften the edges once I've pencilled and defined my eyebrows to really make them look natural and spectacular! I'm very happy with the brush and have not in fact found anything like it that is such a useful and versatile tool in a woman's everyday cosmetic collection.
