#03 H9 Brown: I recently purchased this Shu Uemura Hard Formula Eyebrow Pencil #03 H9 Brown. It is exactly as described and is an excellent HARD eyebrow pencil (understand that hard means hard, not semi-hard or soft!). It's excellent and what I love about it is the colour is exactly as shown in the swatch and it works beautifully for what I wanted—to create a sleeker eyebrow shape and outline and define my eyebrows. With this pencil I now feel like I have model-like eyebrows (I know this sounds fake, but I am a genuine person with before now ugly half-eyebrows!), so this has been so important for my self-esteem!
