This is a lovely gentle shampoo, it cleans and doesn't leave any residue. I love the soft lavender smell and the chamomile leaves the hair nice and soft. I have thin hair and this shampoo seems just right for my type of hair since it doesn't cause my hair to be limp or oily. I let my hair dry naturally so I don't know what it's like with blow drying. I'm happy with this product.
